Academic Annual Performance indicators. The annual negotiated Performance Framework includes three parts. One part is an Academic Framework. The Academic Framework looks at student performance. Failure to meet the standard(s) set forth in an Academic Performance Indicator is not a “material violation” as defined in XXXX 0000, §22-8B-12(K)(1). Rather it may be deemed a failure “to meet or make substantial progress toward achievement of the department’s minimum educational standards or student performance standards” (NMSA 1978, §22-8B-12(K)(2)) and may be assessed accordingly for purposes of nonrenewal or revocation.
Academic Annual Performance indicators. The Authorizer shall use annual academic performance indicators for the school(s) that it authorizes that mirror those set by the District and PED for all schools, in consultation with its charter school(s)xl. The Parties shall then negotiate school-specific annual performance targets for the Academic Framework for each year in which this Contract is in effect.
