Territorial Responsibility. Distributor shall not promote or solicit orders for the Products outside the Territory or establish a facility for purposes relating to the Products outside the Territory. Distributor shall forward to Manufacturer all unsolicited inquiries relating to the Products from customers or potential customers outside the Territory.
