Common use of Territorial Responsibility Clause in Contracts

Territorial Responsibility. Distributor shall not promote the Products outside the Territory or establish a facility for purposes relating to the Products outside the Territory. Distributor shall forward to OBL all unsolicited inquiries relating to the Products from customers or potential customers outside the Territory.
