Promotional Efforts. Athlete shall, on their personal website and on social media sites (including without limitation Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter), promote USA Climbing collaboratively and in good faith. Athlete will not disparage USA Climbing or its partners. Athlete to promptly provide written bio for xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx upon request.

Promotional Efforts. Distributor shall use reasonable commercial efforts to market and distribute the Products to Dealers in the Territory. Distributor may advertise the Products in advertising media of Distributor's choice, provided that the primary audience or circulation is located in the Territory. Distributor shall make full use of all promotional material supplied by AltiGen and make available literature and other information that AltiGen requires to be transmitted to such Dealers. In all advertising and promotion of the Products, Distributor shall comply with AltiGen standard cooperative advertising policies as specified from time to time by AltiGen.
Promotional Efforts. Each party will submit to the other party, for its prior written approval, which shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed, all press releases, and marketing, advertising, and other promotional materials that refer to the other party and/or its trade names, trademarks, service names and service marks (the "Materials"). Copy substantially similar to that already approved shall be deemed approved.
Promotional Efforts. The Distributor shall use its best efforts to (i) promote vigorously and aggressively the marketing and distribution of the Products and agrees to prominently display therewith the Company Marks, and (ii) follow the guidelines and obligations of the Distributor pursuant hereto. Promotional Efforts. OC will use commercially reasonable efforts to promote its relationship with ImproveNet, including, if appropriate, displays of promotional material at trade shows, on OC's Internet home page, advertisements: and literature. However, nothing shall commit OC to any level of spending or to support or obligate OC to advertise or promote ImproveNet or its Services in any manner unacceptable to OC.
Promotional Efforts. 2.3.1 The Parties agree to work together in identifying and pursuing promotional activities designed to enhance the value of their respective Sites. These efforts may include the development of a joint co-marketing program that will allow each Party to access the other's customers/clients, participation in public relations activities, use of each other's Marks on specific targeted creative advertising executions, press releases, agreed upon advertising placement within each other's Sites, and other promotions that benefit both Parties. NetTaxi will be responsible for the placement and promotion of banners, editorials, hyperlinks, etc., within NetTaxi's local commerce community. PI Graphix will provide NetTaxi with the graphics for the Banners and hyperlinks and with raw data and research material. 2.3.2 Each Party will submit to the other Party, for its prior written approval, which shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed, any marketing, advertising, press releases, and all other promotional materials related to the NetTaxi Sites or the PI Graphix Sites that reference the other Party and/or its Marks (the "MATERIALS"). Each Party shall solicit and reasonably consider the views of the other Party in designing and implementing such Materials. Once approved, the Materials (other than press releases) may be used by a Party for the purpose of promoting the NetTaxi Sites or the PI Graphix Sites contained therein and reused for such purpose until such approval is withdrawn with reasonable prior notice. In the event such approval is withdrawn (which either Party may do at its sole discretion), existing inventories of Material may be depleted. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either Party may issue press releases and other disclosures as required by law or as reasonably advised by legal counsel without the consent of the other Party and, in such event, prompt notice thereof shall be provided to the other Party.

Promotional Efforts. Partner shall use its reasonable efforts to promote the marketing and distribution of the Product to Customers in the Territory. Partner may customize/modify the Motive marketing collateral and documentation for purposes of marketing and distributing the Product.

With respect to Facebook, Twitter and other social media applications that may develop, Xxxxxxx agrees to list USBC as a friend and to include the USBC logo in appropriate places. In exchange, USBC will add Athletes social media sites on the Team USA page under the athlete’s bio information.

(c) Each Party shall ensure that it and its respective Affiliates’ statements and claims regarding Collaboration Products, including those as to efficacy and safety, are consistent with the applicable product labeling and Marketing Materials. The Parties and their respective Affiliates may not add, delete or modify claims of efficacy or safety stated in the Marketing Materials of Collaboration Products nor make any other changes in the Marketing Materials without the approval of the Compliance Committee.
