TERT and CNT Teams. Employees assigned to the TERT Team shall receive a premium of four percent (4%) above their regular base wage rate. Employees assigned as Crisis Negotiators shall also be eligible for the four percent (4%) premium above their base regular wage rate. The percentage earned for serving on the TERT/CNT teams will be maintained as the same percentage as the Security Unit.
