Test Administration. All tests are handled and graded by the Learning Services or Human Resources Department. A letter will be forwarded to you within a few days after taking the test showing the results. If unsuccessful, the letter will contain suggested areas for further study. This is to increase your chance of qualifying in retaking the test. Review of this exam will be done in accordance with Title 205.11 of the Contract.
