Test License. ¹ A test license is required for non-productive use, such as for quality assurance, performance measurement, and concept tests. ² A test license presupposes a separate test infrastructure. ³ A test license is only valid in combination with a runtime license and may not be used as the latter.
Test License. Should the Customer require test (“Test”) license rights, then Test Software license(s) for the Software (“Docentric Server” in case of Microsoft Dynamics AX, or “Docentric AX Plug-in” in case of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations) must be purchased in accordance with this Clause 3.6.
Test License. 5.1 ARM hereby grants to LICENSEE a non-transferable (subject to Section 21.3 herein), non-exclusive, world-wide right and license under the ARM Intellectual Property rights, to reproduce and use internally only, the Test and relevant Test documentation.
5.2 For the avoidance of doubt, except where both parties have agreed in writing, no right is granted to LICENSEE to sell, supply or otherwise distribute the Test.
Test License. 3.1. Interested parties have the opportunity to test all software products in a free version for 30 days (so-called "test license"). The test license is set up via the cloud.
3.2. Interested parties are obliged to comply with the provisions of these GTC in full - as far as they are applicable to the test license.

Test License. If you have received the Licensed Software directly from the Licensor or its website with the express purpose of pre-release testing and providing feedback to Inventivio GmbH, then the terms and conditions for a Test License as set forth in this document apply.
Test License. If you are licensing the Software under the Test License, then you may
1. use the Software for testing purposes for a period of not more than 30 calendar days from the time of receipt or download on every computer (a) within the legal entity of the licensee and (b) which participates in the testing.
2. use the Software on a network, provided that each legal entity accessing the Software through the network must have a copy licensed to that legal entity. You agree to provide Inventivio with feedback regarding results of testing, including any non-conformance of the Licensed Software found during the term of this License Agreement. Upon expiration of the test period, you must erase the Licensed Software from all computers it was installed on and destroy all copies. Under no circumstances may the Test Software be used for commercial purposes.
Test License. The Test License expires after 30 calendar days as specified in Section 3.3. above and if you fail to observe any of its terms, in which case this License Agreement will terminate immediately, and without additional prior notice.
