Free Version. If Customer has registered for a no-charge use of the Software or downloads the no- charge version through a Third Party Service (as defined below), Customer may access the Software until it is cancelled by Company upon notice via email, or by the Customer. The Software is provided 'AS IS', with no warranty or Support provided during the no-charge period.
Free Version. If Customer has registered for a no-charge use of the Service, Customer may allow up to three (3) employees or contractors to access the Service on Customer’s behalf, until it is cancelled by DMS upon notice [via email], or by the Customer. The Service is provided AS IS, with no warranty during the no-charge period. All Customer information will be deleted after the no-charge period ends, unless Customer converts its account to a paid Service.
Free Version. Licensee may use the free version of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT for any purpose, including in commercial applications.

If Customer has registered for a no-charge use of the Service, Customer may access the Service until it is cancelled by Numonix (without cause) upon notice sent via email (using its email address in the Service), or by the Customer. The Service is provided AS IS with no warranty. All Customer information will be deleted after the no-charge period ends, unless Customer converts its account to a paid Service.
Free Version. Fluenta’s UFM Manager Software contains a free version. This version can be downloaded from the Fluenta website without cost, installed on as many computers as required by the customer, and will work for an unlimited duration. Functionality on the free version is limited. The term of licence for the free version is not limited.
Free Version. The terms and conditions hereof concerning the remuneration of the Provider shall not apply to the version of the Work indicated by the Provider as the Free Version. A License for the free version is granted free of charge. On the basis of the License Code generated by the Provider, the User is authorized to a free use of the Work, provided that all other conditions of this Agreement, copyright and related legal regulations concerning intellectual property are observed.
Free Version. Customer may have received access to a “free” version of the Software and/or SaaS System. This paragraph applies to Customer’s access to and use of the free version of the Software and/or SaaS System. Customer may access and use, under the terms of this Agreement, any version of the Software or the SaaS System that Company expressly designates in writing as being a free version without payment of any fees to Company. Company may revoke access to a free version of the Software and/or the SaaS System at any time and without notice. Company may change what is available in connection with a free version of the Software and/or the SaaS System at any time and without notice.
Free Version. If Customer has registered for a no-charge use of the Service, Customer may access the Service until it is cancelled by JitterLabs upon notice via email, or by the Customer. The Service is provided AS IS, with no warranty during the no-charge period. All Customer information and data will be deleted after the no-charge period ends, unless Customer converts its account to a paid Service. If Customer downgrades its Service to a no-charge Service, there may be a loss of Customer data (more information is located in the FAQ located at xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxx/xxx/).
Free Version. Procyon may provide a free-of-charge version for selected Software products to Customer solely for the personal and non-commercial purposes (“Free Version”). The use for the exercise of Customer’s trade, business or profession, or the use for the purposes for which Customer directly or indirectly receives compensation (e. g. teamwork with colleagues, free support provided to third parties which have bought Customer’s own software or other product), shall not constitute personal usage.
