Test Sample. The test sample shall be obtained in a private setting, and the procedures for taking the sample shall ensure privacy to employees to the extent of practicable, consistent with preventing tampering with the sample, and shall conform with applicable rules of the Commissioner of Health. All test samples shall be obtained by or under the direct supervision of a health care professional from a medical facility of the Appointing Authority's selection. However, such facility cannot be a state owned or operated medical facility.

Test Sample. The test sample will be obtained in a private setting, and the procedures for taking the sample will ensure privacy to Employees and job applicants to the extent practicable, consistent with preventing tampering with the sample, and may include a witness, and will conform with applicable rules under M.S.A. Section 181.953. No test sample will be taken on the Employer’s premises and the test sample will not be taken by Xxxxx County Employees.

  • Test Samples The Contractor is responsible for providing Samples of sufficient size for test purposes and for coordinating such tests with the Work Progress Schedule to avoid delay.

  • RE-WEIGHING PRODUCT Deliveries are subject to re- weighing at the point of destination by the Authorized User. If shrinkage occurs which exceeds that normally allowable in the trade, the Authorized User shall have the option to require delivery of the difference in quantity or to reduce the payment accordingly. Purchaser may be required to backblade skid trails and other ground disturbed by Purchaser’s Opera- tions within such areas in lieu of cross ditching required under B6.6. Additional special protection measures needed to protect such known areas are identified in C6.24.
