The non- productive tenant may only be used for non-productive development and testing, use is limited to the numberof Users as licensed for the production environment, and may not be used to process personal data.   • Holdover Tenancy Unless this Sublease has been extended by mutual written agreement of the parties, there will be no holding over past the Term under the terms of this Sublease under any circumstances.
