Landlord’s Property definition

Landlord’s Property means the Land, the Building and all present or future appurtenances and/or improvements to the Land and/or the Building.
Landlord’s Property means all fixtures, equipment, improvements, appurtenances, and carpeting, attached to or built into the Premises at the Lease Commencement Date or during the Lease Term, whether or not by or at the expense of Tenant, and any personal property in the Premises on the Lease Commencement Date, unless the personal property was paid for by Tenant. All Alterations, whether temporary or permanent in character, including HVAC equipment, wall coverings, carpeting and other floor coverings, ceiling tiles, blinds and other window treatments, lighting fixtures and bulbs, built in or attached shelving, built in furniture, millwork, counter tops, cabinetry, all doors (both exterior and interior), bathroom fixtures, sinks, kitchen area improvements, and wall mirrors, made by Landlord or Tenant in or on the Premises shall be deemed Landlord’s Property. All of Landlord’s Property shall be and remain a part of the Premises at the expiration or sooner termination of the Lease Tern (without compensation to Tenant) and shall not be removed or replaced by Tenant without the prior written consent of Landlord.
Landlord’s Property has the meaning set forth in Item 3B of the Summary of Basic Terms.

Examples of Landlord’s Property in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, Xxxxxxxx’s consent, at Xxxxxxxx’s sole discretion, shall be required for any signage at the Leased Premises that requires a zoning variance or that would materially interfere with Xxxxxxxx’s use of the portions of Landlord’s Property which are apart from the Leased Premises, or the Church Space.

  • If Landlord, at any time during the term of this Agreement, decides to convey the Premises, or all or any part of Landlord’s Property surrounding the Premises, to a purchaser other than RiverStreet, then such sale shall be subject to this Agreement and RiverStreet’s rights hereunder.

  • In that event, Landlord shall be released from its obligations hereunder with respect to the land conveyed, and the party to whom such part or all of Landlord’s Property is conveyed shall be deemed to have automatically acquired and assumed Landlord’s rights and obligations with respect to the land conveyed to it, without further act or deed.

  • Xxxxxx’s obligation to defend the Indemnitees against any such claims relating to the existence of Hazardous Substances in, under, or upon the Landlord’s Property or the Leased Premises, and which are not the direct result of the actions of the Indemnitees shall include, without limitation, at Landlord’s election, Tenant’s obligation to retain counsel, consultants and experts of Tenant’s choice and reasonably approved by Landlord.
