Landlord’s Property definition

Landlord’s Property means the Land, the Building and all present or future appurtenances and/or improvements to the Land and/or the Building.
Landlord’s Property means all fixtures, equipment, improvements, appurtenances, and carpeting, attached to or built into the Premises at the Lease Commencement Date or during the Lease Term, whether or not by or at the expense of Tenant, and any personal property in the Premises on the Lease Commencement Date, unless the personal property was paid for by Tenant. All Alterations, whether temporary or permanent in character, including HVAC equipment, wall coverings, carpeting and other floor coverings, ceiling tiles, blinds and other window treatments, lighting fixtures and bulbs, built in or attached shelving, built in furniture, millwork, counter tops, cabinetry, all doors (both exterior and interior), bathroom fixtures, sinks, kitchen area improvements, and wall mirrors, made by Landlord or Tenant in or on the Premises shall be deemed Landlord’s Property. All of Landlord’s Property shall be and remain a part of the Premises at the expiration or sooner termination of the Lease Tern (without compensation to Tenant) and shall not be removed or replaced by Tenant without the prior written consent of Landlord.

Examples of Landlord’s Property in a sentence

  • All policies carried under this Section 4.2.2.4 shall insure Landlord and Tenant, as their interests may appear, as well as Contractor and Tenant’s Agents, and shall name as additional insureds Landlord’s Property Manager, Landlord’s Asset Manager, and all mortgagees and ground lessors of the Building.

  • Tenant is hereby notified that in the event of a loss or damage to the Premises or the property within, due to Tenant negligence or Malfunction of Tenant’s property, (such as a washing machine), Tenant is responsible for all damage and loss to the Premises to include but not limited to: cleanup, repairs, and replacement expenses to restore Landlord’s Property and Premises to original condition.

  • Landlord will cause to be placed in its insurance policies covering Landlord’s Property a waiver of subrogation so that its insurance company will not become subrogated to Landlord’s rights and will not be able to proceed against Tenant in connection with any such damage or destruction.

  • Tenant shall schedule its move-in with the Landlord’s Property Manager.

  • Any specialized use of elevators or other Common Areas must be coordinated with Landlord’s Property Manager.


More Definitions of Landlord’s Property

Landlord’s Property has the meaning set forth in Item 3B of the Summary of Basic Terms.
Landlord’s Property means all plant, equipment, fixtures, fittings, furniture, furnishings and other property installed or situated in or relevant to the Premises and owned or controlled by the Landlord. Law includes:
Landlord’s Property land and buildings including the Property registered at the Land Registry under Title Numbers CH545715;
Landlord’s Property means the land contained within the Landlord’s title number referred to in LR2.1
Landlord’s Property means the real property described on Exhibit A and all improvements now or hereafter constructed thereon.
Landlord’s Property means anything in the Premises at any time during the Term which is not the Tenant's Property.
