Landlord’s Cure Sample Clauses

The Landlord’s Cure clause grants the landlord the right to remedy a tenant’s default or failure to perform certain obligations under the lease. Typically, if the tenant fails to address an issue—such as not making repairs or neglecting maintenance—after receiving notice, the landlord may step in to correct the problem and recover any associated costs from the tenant. This clause ensures that the property is properly maintained and that the landlord can protect their investment if the tenant does not fulfill their responsibilities.
