Testing Locations. Contractor shall provide the COVID-19 testing services for the following locations/staff: CDS Site staff, FUD staff, Xxxx Xxxxx Middle School, Lincoln Middle School, Santa Xxxxxx High School, Special Ed. Preschool staff and respective Music Teacher staff. Contractor to be provided onsite materials, including but not limited to, registration tables, chairs, tents, trashcans, and other items necessary to diligently and prudently perform its services. Staffing will range from 8 to 12 employees onsite, depending on the anticipated testing volume.

Testing Locations. On site testing is preferred for detained youths. On site youths may be available seven (7) days a week and Contractor must provide timely appointments between the hours of 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. or 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and Saturday and Sunday from 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Off site testing for detained youth must include an interview with the youth and his/her parent(s)/legal guardian(s) at separate times to minimize safety and security concerns. Per the Texas Juvenile Justice Department, a juvenile probation department employee will transport youth who are detained and the employee MUST be present within sight and sound of the youth at all times during the evaluation.
