Testing of measuring equipment. Fina, BASF, LP and TEPPCO shall each have the right to have representatives present at all times of any installing, reading, cleaning, changing, repairing, inspecting, calibration, or adjusting done in connection with the other's measuring equipment or for sampling or testing of Product. Fina, BASF, LP and TEPPCO shall each give the others reasonable notice prior to the time of all tests so that the others may conveniently have their representatives present.

Testing of measuring equipment. The accuracy of the measuring equipment shall be verified by standard tests and methods acceptable to Transporter, at least once every ninety (90) Days or as Transporter otherwise deems appropriate and at other times upon the reasonable request of either the Transporter or Customer. Notice of the time and nature of each test shall be given by Customer to Transporter, sufficiently in advance to permit a representative of Transporter to be present. If, after notice, Transporter fails to have a representative present the results of the test and adjustment, if any, made by Customer or its agents shall nevertheless be accepted until the next test. All tests of such measuring equipment shall be made at Customer expense.

  • Cost of Metering The Issuer shall not be obligated to pay any costs associated with the routine metering duties set forth in this Section 2, including the costs of installing, replacing and maintaining meters, nor shall the Issuer be entitled to any credit against the Servicing Fee for any cost savings realized by the Servicer as a result of new metering and/or billing technologies.

  • Additional Equipment Additional Equipment may from time to time be added as the subject matter of this Agreement as agreed on by the parties. Any additional property will be added in an amendment describing the property, the monthly rental, security deposit, and stipulated loss value of the additional Equipment. All amendments must be in writing and signed by both parties. Other than by this amendment procedure, this Agreement may not be amended, modified, or altered in any manner except in writing signed by both parties.

  • Capital Equipment Collaborator’s commitment, if any, to provide ICD with capital equipment to enable the research and development activities under the Research Plan appears in Appendix B. If Collaborator transfers to ICD the capital equipment or provides funds for ICD to purchase it, then ICD will own the equipment. If Collaborator loans capital equipment to ICD for use during the CRADA, Collaborator will be responsible for paying all costs and fees associated with the transport, installation, maintenance, repair, removal, or disposal of the equipment, and ICD will not be liable for any damage to the equipment.

  • Measurement and Monitoring Tools Contractor shall implement measurement and monitoring tools and procedures reasonably designed to measure its performance of the Services and assess such performance against any applicable service levels. Contractor shall provide LAUSD with a monthly report of service level performance under any applicable Work Order. Upon LAUSD’s request, Contractor shall provide LAUSD with access to the measurement and monitoring tools described herein, and to any information that they generate.

  • Metering The Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for the Connecting Transmission Owner’s reasonable and necessary cost for the purchase, installation, operation, maintenance, testing, repair, and replacement of metering and data acquisition equipment specified in Attachments 2 and 3 of this Agreement. The Interconnection Customer’s metering (and data acquisition, as required) equipment shall conform to applicable industry rules and Operating Requirements.

  • Spares Boeing will revise, as applicable, the customized Recommended Spares Parts List (RSPL) and Illustrated Parts Catalog (IPC).
