The Card. You acknowledge and agree that the Card is a general purpose multicurrency reloadable prepaid card. The Card is neither a gift card (nor intended to be used for gifting purposes), a credit card, nor a deposit account debit card. The monetary value accessible through use of the Card is limited to the funds that you have previously loaded to the Card or that have been loaded to the Card on your behalf by CAPES or CNPQ. The Card is not and does not access an individual bank “account” for purposes of certain laws and regulations (including, but not limited to, Regulation E and Regulation DD of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau). However, we may use the term “account” and related terms for convenience from time to time when communicating with you about the Card and transactions and inquiries made with the Card. You may access the funds loaded to the Card and perform Card transactions only as described in this Agreement. You cannot link the Card to any deposit or credit account that you may have with us or with any other financial institution, except as provided in this Agreement. You may not obtain or write checks or drafts to access Card funds. You will not receive any interest on funds loaded to the Card. In our sole discretion we may refuse to issue a Card to anyone for any reason. Your Card cannot be redeemed for cash. We may provide you with a non-personalized temporary Card for immediate use pending the delivery to you of a personalized Card bearing your name. The transactions and uses described in this Agreement are generally available for the temporary Card. However, because your name will not appear on the front of the temporary Card, merchants who require identity verification may be unwilling to accept a temporary Card. Notwithstanding any expiration date that may appear on the temporary Card, the temporary Card will no longer be valid for use upon the earlier of (i) 90 days after the issuance of the temporary Card or (ii) your activation of the personalized Card that is delivered to you. Upon activation of your personalized Card, any funds remaining on the temporary Card will be available on your personalized Card. By activating your personalized card you are accepting the Terms and Conditions of this product. Your Card may be loaded with funds in such currency or currencies as we may permit from time to time (each a “Card Currency”). If you use your Card in respect of a transaction in a Card Currency, the funds maintained on your Card in such Card Currency will be utilized for such transaction. If insufficient funds in such Card Currency exist on your Card, funds in other Card Currencies will be converted to the applicable transaction Card Currency in accordance with procedures outlined in Section 14 below. Transactions for which a currency is not referenced will be processed as a transaction in the default currency established for your Card (the “Default Card Currency”).

The Card. 2.1 You acknowledge and agree that shall be deemed to have unconditionally agreed to be bound by this Cardholder Agreement by acknowledging receipt of the Card is in writing or by signing on the reverse of the Card or by incurring a general purpose multicurrency reloadable prepaid cardCharge on the Card. The monetary value accessible through Cardholder must not permit any other person to use the Card and should safeguard it from misuse by retaining it under his/her personal control at all times. 2.3 Each Cardholder may be issued a personal identification number or a password (PIN) to enable use of the Card is limited for accessing his/her Card Account on the ATM and Internet and also for availing any privilege, benefit or service that may be offered by SBICPSL on the Card. The PIN will be communicated to the funds Cardholder entirely at his/her risk, who shall not disclose the PIN to any person and shall take all possible care to avoid its discovery by any person. The Cardholder shall be liable for all transactions made with the use of the PIN, whether with or without the knowledge of the Cardholder. If you use your Card in respect of a transaction in a Card CurrencyOn expiry, the funds maintained on your Card must be destroyed by cutting it in such Card Currency half diagonally. 2.5 A Joining fee at the prevailing rate will be utilized for such transactionlevied on opening of the Card Account. If insufficient funds in such Card Currency exist on your Card, funds in other Card Currencies An Annual fee at the prevailing rate will be converted levied upon opening of the Card Account and then annually during the month in which the Card Account was originally opened. An Annual Additional Card fee will also be levied for each Additional Card on the Card Account at the prevailing rate. The Joining and Annual fee(s) are subject to change at the discretion of SBICPSL and are not refundable. 2.6 SBICPSL may, based on the Primary Cardholder's written request, issue Additional Cards to individuals nominated by the Primary Cardholder who shall be unconditionally bound by this Agreement. 2.7 The Primary Cardholder shall be fully liable to SBICPSL for all the Charges on his/her Card and also for those incurred by the Additional Cardholders. The Additional Cardholders shall be jointly and severally liable to SBICPSL for all the Charges even though the monthly statement of account may be sent only to the applicable transaction Card Currency in accordance with procedures outlined in Section 14 belowPrimary Cardholder. Transactions The Primary Cardholder may at any time request cancellation of any Additional Card(s) but will continue to remain liable for which a currency is not referenced will be processed as a transaction in the default currency established for your Card (the “Default Card Currency”any Charges on such Additional Card(s).

The Card. You acknowledge and agree that the Card is a general purpose multicurrency reloadable prepaid card. 2.1 The Card is neither received by the Cardholder from the Bank’s branch where the card application was filed or, if the Bank activates a gift card (nor intended relevant service, it is delivered to the Cardholder, at the last known address thereof. The Bank reserves the right to request from the Cardholder to take specific steps in order to activate the Card before using it. 2.2 Upon receipt of the Card, the Cardholder shall sign at the designated space on the back of the card. 2.3 The Card is of definite validity, expiring at the end of the month of the year printed thereon and shall be used for gifting purposes)by the Cardholder only during this period. 2.4 The Card, a credit cardon which the Cardholder’s name is embossed, nor a deposit account debit cardis and shall remain the Bank’s property and the Cardholder is the only person entitled to hold and use the card as per the present Terms and Conditions and any other applicable terms, as the case may be, regarding the possession and use of the Card, and the Cardholder shall return it immediately to the Bank if the Bank so requests. 2.5 The Card shall be used exclusively by the Cardholder. Delivery of the Card or assignment howsoever of the right to use the Card to any third party is strictly prohibited. 2.6 The Cardholder shall use the Card subject to present Terms and Conditions and any other applicable terms, as the case may be, the applicable regulations of the Central Bank of Cyprus as well as the applicable legislation. The monetary value accessible through Cardholder should not use the Card for illegal purposes. 2.7 The Bank has the right, from time to time, to issue new Cards even of a different type from the existing ones, in replacement or in addition to the existing ones. The present Terms and Conditions shall also apply to cards issued in addition and/or in replacement of the existing ones unless the Cardholder is otherwise notified. 2.8 The Bank has the right, if requested by the Principal Cardholder, to issue an additional Card in the name of any other person (the Authorized Cardholder) under the sole responsibility of the Principal Cardholder while the present Terms and Conditions shall also apply to the additional Card. In addition, the Bank has the right to cancel and request the return of the Card issued for any Authorized Cardholder, following the Principal Cardholder’s or the Authorized Cardholder’s written request.
