The Contract; Order of Precedence. This Contract, together with the other Contract Documents, form the entire agreement between the parties. Except as expressly otherwise provided herein, the order of precedence of the Contract Documents is established in the General Conditions for Construction Contracts, if there are inconsistent or conflicting terms among the Contract Documents.
