The CONTRACTOR’s Key Personnel. The CONTRACTOR shall, at a minimum, employ the following Key Personnel: 3.3.3.1 A qualified individual to serve as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Such CEO must be employed full-time by the CONTRACTOR, must be primarily dedicated and must hold a senior executive or management position in the CONTRACTOR’s organization, except that the CONTRACTOR may propose an alternative structure for the CEO position, subject to HSD’s prior written approval. The CEO must be authorized and empowered to represent the CONTRACTOR regarding all matters pertaining to this Agreement;
