The Early Childhood Division Director. has the authority to use discretion in applying these policies. The Director has the authority to close the center due to health, safety, fire or other emergency reasons. In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to ensure Employees are reassigned to another location during the time that their center is closed. The Employee will be required to accept the reassignment until such time as he/she can return to the closed center or until such time as permanent arrangements for transfer are made for that Employee.
