The Employee & Family Assistance Program. The Employer shall maintain an Employee and Family Assistance Program. The program shall be voluntary, confidential and offered at a location away from the worksite. The program shall not be used as a disciplinary process. The program shall be monitored by the Employer, in consultation with the Union. In the event changes to the Program are required discussion with the Union will occur. The program shall be provided by the Employer and shall include counseling services including but not limited to; a) Substance abuse/dependency; b) Employment/workplace related concerns; c) Emotional problems; d) Financial problems; and e) Marital problems.
