The Employer will recognize Sample Clauses

The Employer will recognize a Union Administrative Committee for both the full and part-time bargaining units, which shall consist of a Chief Xxxxxxx and four (4) Stewards, at least one (1) of which shall be a member of the part-time bargaining unit. Not more than two (2) Committee members shall meet with Management at one time. The Employer shall be advised of the names of members of this Committee and shall be notified of any changes from time to time. All members of the Committee referred to in Article 7.01 and 7.02 above shall be regular Employees of the Employer who have completed their probationary period.
