THE GRANTEE’S OBLIGATIONS. The Grantee shall engage in the following activities in order to prevent the spread of aquatic invasive species:  Construct and install AIS information kiosks, compost bins, and pavement stencils at the three public water accesses on Forest Lake; and  Report on installation of information kiosks, compost bins, and pavement stencils. Further details about these deliverables are articulated in Attachment A.

THE GRANTEE’S OBLIGATIONS. The Grantee shall engage in the following activities in order to prevent the spread of aquatic invasive species:  Conduct public outreach and education on flowering rush and other AIS;  Report on outreach and education activities completed;  Complete a pre-treatment assessment/delineation of flowering rush and native plants in Forest Lake;  Report on flowering rush and native plant presence  Treat flowering rush in Forest Lake with Diquat herbicide;  Report on Diquat application;  Conduct three manual cuttings of flowering rush;  Complete a post-treatment assessment/delineation of flowering rush and native plants; and  Report on all project activities, treatment process and outcomes. Related to THE GRANTEE’S OBLIGATIONS

  • Participant’s Obligations As part of the Agreement to which this Exhibit A is attached, you, the Participant, agree to the following obligations:

  • Grantee’s Duties The Grantee, who is not a state employee, will perform the duties specified in Attachment A, which is attached and incorporated into this grant agreement.

  • FIRM’S OBLIGATIONS 3.1 Firm shall comply with the Rules and this Agreement at all times and shall timely pay all fees established in accordance with the Rules.

  • CONSULTANT’S OBLIGATIONS 10. Consultant shall immediately correct any breach of this Agreement or violation of the MLS Policies within its control, whether committed by Firm, Salesperson Party, or Consultant, upon notice from MLS.

  • Rights/Obligations (a) The Union and the Employer agree that there must be mutual respect for the rights and obligations of the Union and the Employer and the representatives of each.

  • Parties Obligations The Parties’ obligations under this Agreement will continue notwithstanding the existence of a Material Change.

  • Recipient's Obligations A. Recipient agrees that the Confidential Information is to be considered confidential and proprietary to Owner and Recipient shall hold the same in confidence, shall not use the Confidential Information other than for the purposes of its business with Owner, and shall disclose it only to its officers, directors, or employees with a specific need to know. Recipient will not disclose, publish or otherwise reveal any of the Confidential Information received from Owner to any other party whatsoever except with the specific prior written authorization of Owner.

  • TRANSNET’S OBLIGATIONS 8.1 Transnet undertakes to promptly comply with any reasonable request by the Supplier/Service Provider for information, including information concerning Transnet's operations and activities, that relates to the Goods/Services as may be necessary for the Supplier/Service Provider to provide the Goods/Services, but for no other purpose. However, Transnet's compliance with any request for information is subject to any internal security rules and requirements and subject to the observance by the Supplier/Service Provider of its confidentiality obligations under this Agreement.
