The GRID / Peer to-Peer business opportunity Peer-to-peer systems suffer from low quality-of-service, which is an obstacle for a number of commercial applications. This happens mainly because of the internet infrastructure, which is, in a large extent, not reliable. The GRID paradigm, which is widely accepted by ICT industries, will provide a solid infrastructure for the deployment of services. However, a well-know disadvantage of GRID-based systems is low flexibility. A peer-to-peer approach for the deployment of e-Services on GRIDs would probably overcome this serious problem. Moreover, this will lead to the creation of business synergies, since major ICT vendors, including IBM, Oracle, SUN, etc, have invested in GRID Computing and would be very interested in getting a channel for deploying services targeted to the market of peer-to-peer systems.

  • Health Plan An appropriately licensed entity that has entered into a contract with Subcontractor, either directly or indirectly, under which Subcontractor provides certain administrative services for Health Plan pursuant to the State Contract.   • Dental Care Plan The Welfare Plan will include a Dental Care Plan which will reimburse members for expenses incurred in respect of the coverages summarized in Appendix "1". The Plan will not duplicate benefits provided now or which may be provided in the future by any government program.

  • Professional Growth Program There shall be a Professional Growth Program in place for all classified employees. Professional Growth is an organized activity designed to improve performance of employees in the classified service and to provide training for employees to gain new skills and abilities, to broaden their opportunity for promotion, to engage in study and related activities designed to retain and extend the high standards of the classified employee.

  • Job Evaluation Plan (a) The Employer agrees that no job evaluation plan pertaining to positions covered by this Agreement will be introduced without the mutual agreement of the Parties.

  • Teacher Professional Growth Plan 9.1.1 Teacher Professional Growth Plans will consider but will not be required to include the School Division’s goals.

  • Professional Growth Professional growth is the continuous purposeful engagement in study and related activities designed to retain and extend the high standards of classified unit members.
