The Honorarium. 2.1 The amount of the Honorarium is £2000 (two thousand pounds sterling). If we agree to pay the Honorarium to you in a currency other than sterling, we will apply the prevailing exchange rate on the date of payment.

Honorarium An ASF Member who performs an assigned special project for the university and/or Minnesota State may be awarded an honorarium at the President's or Chancellor's discretion. For purposes of this provision, the special project must normally be outside the scope of the ASF Member's responsibilities. Additionally, at the President’s discretion, an ASF Member who, after the effective date of this agreement and while employed in a position covered by this agreement, obtains a terminal degree from an accredited institution in an academic field related to the ASF Member’s position may be awarded an honorarium. Total honoraria for any individual ASF Member shall not exceed four thousand dollars ($4,000) per fiscal year.
PATRONS AND HONORARY OFFICERS 124. The Governors may from time to time appoint any person whether or not a Member of the Academy Trust to be a patron of the Academy Trust or to hold any honorary office and may determine for what period he is to hold such office. THE SEAL 125. The seal, if any, shall only be used by the authority of the Governors or of a committee of Governors authorised by the Governors. The Governors may determine who shall sign any instrument to which the seal is affixed and unless otherwise so determined it shall be signed by a Governor and by the Secretary or by a second Governor. ACCOUNTS 126. Accounts shall be prepared in accordance with the relevant Statement of Recommended Practice as if the Academy Trust was a non-exempt charity and Parts 15 and 16 of the Companies Act 2006 and shall file these with the Secretary of State and the Principal Regulator by 31 December each Academy Financial Year. The Merchant (Customer) undertakes to comply with all the terms and conditions of this contract and all laws relevant to the subject matter of this contract.
Stewards Stewards who attend Union/Management and Professional Responsibility Committee meetings outside of scheduled work hours shall be paid at straight time rates for time spent at the meetings.
Schools The Applicant, its successors and assigns, will comply with applicable provisions of Section 163.3180(6), Florida Statutes, in providing any required school proportionate share mitigation and will pay any applicable school impact fees for the Development in the timing and manner required by law.
Client Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and shall hold harmless Consultant and /or his agents, and to defend any action brought against said parties with respect to any claim, demand, cause of action, debt or liability, including reasonable attorneys' fees to the extent that such action is based upon a claim that: (i) is true, (ii) would constitute a breach of any of Client's representations, warranties, or agreements hereunder, or (iii) arises out of the negligence or willful misconduct of Client, or any Client Content to be provided by Client and does not violate any rights of third parties, including, without limitation, rights of publicity, privacy, patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and/or licenses.
Interns Any employee with three (3) or more year’s satisfactory experience shall have the right to request the assignment as supervising employee for an intern, or any other preservice student and the right to recommend the non-assignment of interns. At least ten (10) days prior to the date an intern is scheduled to report to the school center, the employee shall be notified when the intern is expected to report. Employees who have interns shall be given available background information, objectives, program requirements, other expectations, and the projected schedule for the intern.
ENTERTAINERS AND SPORTSMEN 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of Articles 14 and 15, income derived by a resident of a Contracting State as an entertainer such as a theatre, motion picture, radio or television artiste, or a musician, or as a sportsman, from his personal activities as such exercised in the other Contracting State, may be taxed in that other State.
PETS Tenant shall not keep any pets on the Property without the prior written consent of the Landlord. If Landlord grants permission to Tenant to keep pets, an additional security deposit of $ will be required by the Landlord to keep in trust for potential damage to the Property caused by Tenant’s pets.
