Ongoing Commitments. You may, for a period of one year after the payment of the Honorarium be invited to participate in and co-operate with promotional activities relating to the Fellowship and our the work that may be instigated and/or organised by us, including, but not limited to filming and attendance at subsequent Summer Schools as an alumni. In all cases these will be subject to your availability and us paying your reasonable expenses incurred in doing so.

Ongoing Commitments. Maintain a GPA of 3.0 or above in each semester you participate in the OSU XxXxxx Program and remain in good academic standing according to OSU academic standards. • Return forms to XxXxxx Program within one week of receipt. • Check your OSU email for XxXxxx correspondence daily. • Notify XxXxxx program staff at least 24 hours in advance of any appointment cancellation, or no less than 24 hours after a missed appointment due to personal emergency. • Notify XxXxxx program staff of any and all potential schedule conflicts, including but not limited to,class time conflicts, vacation or other travel or personal emergency. • Notify XxXxxx program staff of any changes in academic status and contact information. • Notify XxXxxx program staff of graduate school acceptances, graduate enrollment status, honors and academic degrees. • Participate in program evaluation and follow-up surveys as required by federal regulation. • Share program experiences to assist new XxXxxx scholars. • Update your graduate enrollment status and some limited personal information including but not restricted to your address over the next 10 years. • Comply with all federal, state and local laws and all University regulations and procedures when participating in program activities. • Behave in a professional manner with all members of the university community and conduct myself in a manner befitting a Xxxxxx X. XxXxxx Scholar. • As part of my participation in the XxXxxx Scholars program, I agree to cooperate with follow-up surveys for the annual report to the Department of Education.

  • Additional Commitments The Parties may negotiate commitments with respect to measures affecting trade in services not subject to scheduling under Article 106 (National Treatment) or Article 107 (Market Access), including those regarding qualifications, standards or licensing matters.   • Employer Commitments It is agreed that the institution will make every reasonable attempt to minimize the impact of funding shortfalls and reductions on the work force. It is incumbent upon institutions to communicate effectively with their employees and the unions representing those employees as soon as the impact of any funding reduction or shortfall or profile change has been assessed. If a work force reduction is necessary, the Joint Labour Management Committee will canvas employees in a targeted area or other areas over a fourteen (14) day period, or such longer time as the Joint Labour Management Committee agrees, to find volunteer solutions that provide as many viable options as possible and minimize potential layoffs. Subject to any agreement that the Joint Labour Management Committee may make to extend the period of a canvass, such canvasses shall take place either: • prior to the issuance of lay-off notice to employees under the local agreement, or • by no later than fourteen (14) calendar days following the annual deadline for notice of non-renewal or layoff where a local provision provides for such a deadline, whichever date is later. The union shall be provided with a copy of each final plan for employee labour adjustment.

  • STAFF COMMITMENT 23. If this Settlement Agreement is accepted by the Hearing Panel, Staff will not initiate any proceeding under the By-laws of the MFDA against the Respondent in respect of the facts set out in Part IV and the contraventions described in Part V of this Settlement Agreement, subject to the provisions of Part IX below. Nothing in this Settlement Agreement precludes Staff from investigating or initiating proceedings in respect of any facts and contraventions that are not set out in Parts IV and V of this Settlement Agreement or in respect of conduct that occurred outside the specified date ranges of the facts and contraventions set out in Parts IV and V, whether known or unknown at the time of settlement. Furthermore, nothing in this Settlement Agreement shall relieve the Respondent from fulfilling any continuing regulatory obligations.

  • Financial Commitment 4.1. The cost associated with the representative season (refer representative season handbook) MUST be paid with the signing of this agreement.

  • Commitment Within 20 days after the Title Company receives a copy of this contract, Seller shall furnish to Buyer a commitment for title insurance (Commitment) and, at Buyer's expense, legible copies of restrictive covenants and documents evidencing exceptions in the Commitment (Exception Documents) other than the standard printed exceptions. Seller authorizes the Title Company to deliver the Commitment and Exception Documents to Buyer at Buyer's address shown in Paragraph 21. If the Commitment and Exception Documents are not delivered to Buyer within the specified time, the time for delivery will be automatically extended up to 15 days or 3 days before the Closing Date, whichever is earlier. If the Commitment and Exception Documents are not delivered within the time required, Buyer may terminate this contract and the xxxxxxx money will be refunded to Buyer.

  • No Commitment None of the provisions of this Agreement shall be deemed or construed to constitute or imply any commitment or obligation on the part of the Lender to make any future loans or other extensions of credit or financial accommodations to the Borrower.
