E6 Publicity, Media and Official Enquiries The Contractor shall not:
Publicity, Media and Official Enquiries 22.1 Without prejudice to the Authority’s obligations under the FOIA, neither Party shall make any press announcements or publicise the Contract or any part thereof in any way, except with the written consent of the other Party. 22.2 Both Parties shall take reasonable steps to ensure that their Personnel comply with clause 22.1.
Official Records The resolutions of the Board of Directors of the Transferor’s Managing Member approving each of the Transaction Documents and all documents relating thereto are and shall be continuously reflected in the minutes of the Board of Directors of the Transferor’s Managing Member and in the official records of the Transferor. Each of the Transaction Documents and all documents relating thereto are and shall, continuously from the time of their respective execution by the Transferor, be official records of the Transferor.
Official Personnel File Only one (1) official personnel file shall be kept for each employee at the appropriate personnel office. Records of previous discipline not found in the official personnel file cannot be used against an employee in any future disciplinary proceeding. Grievances shall not be kept in the employee’s official personnel file. Employees shall be informed as to where their personnel file is maintained.
Official Languages (a) Appointments and transfers shall be subject to the Corporate Official Languages Policy, as it may be amended from time to time. (b) The parties agree to study the feasibility of developing a program to facilitate the exchange of employees who wish to improve their proficiency in the other official language.
OFFICIAL SECRETS ACTS The Contractor undertakes to abide and procure that the Contractor’s employees abide by the provisions of the Official Secrets Acts 1911 to 1989.
KEY OFFICIALS A. The technical representatives for the Federal Agencies are as follows:
Official Language 1. All proceedings pursuant to this Agreement shall be conducted in the English language. 2. Any document submitted for use in any proceedings pursuant to this Agreement shall be in the English language. If any original document is not in the English language, a Party submitting it for use in the proceedings pursuant to this Agreement shall provide an English translation of that document.
General Communications The type of communications described and defined in Article
