The Open Land. 3.8.1 The Tenant must keep the Open Land adequately surfaced, in good condition and free from weeds and must keep all landscaped areas properly cultivated.
3.8.2 The Tenant must not store anything on the Open Land without the landlord’s consent which shall not be unreasonably withheld or bring anything onto it that is or might become untidy, unclean, unsightly or in any way detrimental to the Premises or the area generally.
3.8.3 The Tenant must not deposit any waste, rubbish or refuse on the Open Land.
3.8.4 The Tenant must not keep or store any vehicle, caravan or movable dwelling on the Open Land.
3.8.5 The Tenant must keep safe and in good repair any equipment for play and leisure which is placed from time to time on the Open Land.
3.8.6 The Tenant shall provide any necessary litter bins and shall ensure that they are regularly emptied and not allowed to overflow.
The Open Land. The Tenant must manage maintain and mow to a standard acceptable to the Landlord the Open Land so as to keep it at all times in good condition and repair. The Tenant must keep all the xxxxxx, ditches, footpaths, all fences and gates in good repair and condition (including but not limited to any crowd barriers and boundary fences surrounding the perimeter of the sports pitch). The Tenant must not deposit any waste, rubbish or refuse on the Open Land. The Tenant must not bring, keep, store, stack or lay out upon the Open Land any materials, equipment, plant, bins, crates, cartons, boxes or any receptacle for waste or any other item which is or may become untidy, unclean, unsightly or in any way detrimental to the Premises or the area generally. The Tenant shall be responsible for keeping the [rugby posts] at the Premises in good repair and condition at all times and the Tenant must follow safe and correct procedures whenever it erects and dismantles the [rugby posts]. The Tenant must not cause any adjoining property of the Landlord or any other land, roads, pavements or footpaths abutting the Premises to be untidy or dirty and in particular, but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing must not deposit refuse or other materials on them.
