The President, Vice President. Union Officers or a Xxxxxxx may enter the plant when off shift for the purposes of conducting Union business or grievance investigations. Upon entering, he shall secure the consent of the Supervisor of the department of the employees he wishes to contact in order to minimize disruption of production. Consent to conduct Union business will not be unreasonably denied. When entering and leaving the plant in these circumstances, Union officers shall sign the register at the Guard House. The foregoing policy is based on the Company's current security regulations, which are subject to change.
