THE PURPOSE OF THIS AGREEMENT. is to maintain a harmonious and mutually beneficial relationship between the Employer and employees represented by the Union and to establish terms and conditions of employment relating to remuneration, hours of work, employee benefits and working conditions, and to provide a method of settling any differences which may arise between the parties hereto.
