Common use of The Tenure and Promotion Committee Clause in Contracts

The Tenure and Promotion Committee. a) The University shall establish a standing Tenure and Promotion Committee consisting of fourteen (14) tenured faculty members chosen broadly from across all disciplines in the University, plus the Xxxxxxx as Chair.
