The Vacation Act. For the conditions relating to this agreement the Vacation Act applies to the extent the organisations do not agree otherwise. Agreed vacation time has been introduced with the number of days and on the assumptions applied in the central settlement between the Confederation of Norwegian Business and Industry and the Norwegian Federation of Trade Unions in 2000. The rate of vacation pay has been set at 12%.
