THE VICE-CHAIR. The Vice-Chair shall be elected by the Managers. The Vice- Chair shall, in the absence or at the request of the Chair, perform duties and exercise the powers‌ of the Chair. The Vice-Chair also shall have such powers and perform such duties as usually pertain to his or her office or as are properly required by the Managers.
