The Voltage and Reactive. Power Coordination Procedures address the following components: (a) procedures to assist the Parties in maintaining a wide area view of interconnection conditions by enhancing the coordination of voltage and reactive levels throughout their RTO footprints; (b) procedures to ensure the maintenance of sufficient reactive reserves to respond to scenarios of high load periods, loss of critical reactive resources, and unusually high transfers; and (c) procedures for sharing of data with other neighboring Reliability Coordinators for their analysis and coordinated operation.
