Theme, Design and Decor. The theme, design and decor of each location shall not deviate from that which is in keeping with the Tenant Design Manual and which decor is first approved in writing by the Board staff. Any changes desired by Concessionaire shall be submitted to the Airport Concessions Department for approval. Changes that are made without approval will constitute a breach of this Lease.
