Third Party ILEC Meet. Point using Leased Facilities. If CLEC’s location is in a third party ILEC’s territory and CLEC chooses to interconnect with CenturyLink using a third party ILEC Meet- Point arrangement (i.e., leased access facilities jointly provisioned by CenturyLink and such third party ILEC), then any portion of such facilities provided by CenturyLink will be ordered from CenturyLink’s access Tariff.

If Spectrotel chooses to interconnect with CenturyLink using a third party ILEC Meet-Point arrangement (i.e., leased switched access facilities jointly provisioned by CenturyLink and a third party ILEC), then any portion of such facilities provided by CenturyLink will be ordered from CenturyLink’s access Tariff.
