Common use of Three-Year Review Clause in Contracts

Three-Year Review. Upon request of the Employee, the Employer agrees to remove from each employee’s official personnel file any material (other than a Performance Review) relating to discipline or unsatisfactory job performance for which there has been no recurrence for three (3) years, and they shall be returned to the employee as invalid in the future.
