Tickets and Fines. G Tickets and Fines The Company will grant time off to the Owner Operators and Employees for the purpose of appearing in court to fight traffic tickets, provided three (3) days notice is given by the Owner Operator or Employee. The Company shall pay any fines imposed by the Department of Transport in accordance with the Department of Transport Regulations, and any lost compensation or wages, resulting from the Owner Operator or Employee complying with Company directives or instructions.

The Town shall treat any reports and/or filings received from Competitive Supplier as confidential information subject to the terms of Article 16. Competitive Supplier shall be reimbursed its reasonable costs of providing such copies.
