Time and Materials If this contract is designated as a Time and Materials contract, invoicing and payment shall be as follows:
HOOSIER HEALTHWISE SCOPE OF WORK Requirements for Reinsurance Companies The Contractor shall submit documentation that the reinsurer follows the National Association of Insurance Commissioners' (NAIC) Reinsurance Accounting Standards. The Contractor shall be required to obtain reinsurance from insurance organizations that have Standard and Poor's claims- paying ability ratings of "AA" or higher and a Xxxxx’x bond rating of “A1” or higher, unless otherwise approved by OMPP. Subcontractors Subcontractors’ reinsurance coverage requirements must be clearly defined in the reinsurance agreement. Subcontractors should be encouraged to obtain their own stop-loss coverage with the above-mentioned terms. If subcontractors do not obtain reinsurance on their own, the Contractor is required to forward appropriate recoveries from stop- loss coverage to applicable subcontractors.
Materials and Methods 86 2.1 PARTICIPANTS 87 We used baseline measurements from a convenience sample of participants in previous (3) and 88 ongoing cohort studies investigating the effects of rehabilitation on balance responses (Table 1). Loop Testing/Trouble Reporting 2.1.6.1 Think 12 will be responsible for testing and isolating troubles on the Loops. Think 12 must test and isolate trouble to the BellSouth portion of a designed/non- designed unbundled Loop (e.g., UVL-SL2, UCL-D, UVL-SL1, UCL-ND, etc.) before reporting repair to the UNE Customer Wholesale Interconnection Network Services (CWINS) Center. Upon request from BellSouth at the time of the trouble report, Think 12 will be required to provide the results of the Think 12 test which indicate a problem on the BellSouth provided Loop.
Quality of Materials and Workmanship Unless otherwise specified, all materials shall be new, and both workmanship and materials shall be of good quality. The Contractor shall, if required, furnish satisfactory evidence as to the kind and quality of materials and work. The burden of proof is on the Contractor.
WORKMANSHIP AND MATERIALS 1.10.1 Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, transportation, materials, tools and equipment necessary to satisfactorily complete the service in a manner consistent with the Project Manager’s plan and schedule. Contractor’s equipment shall be of the size and type appropriate for completing the various types of work described in this RFP. Contractor shall ensure that any equipment considered by the Project Manager to be improper or inadequate for this purpose is removed from the site and replaced with satisfactory equipment.
Laboratory Testing All laboratories selected by UPS Freight for analyzing Controlled Substances Testing will be HHS certified.
Product Specifications The Company agrees that all Products sold to Xxxx hereunder shall conform to the respective specifications set forth on Schedule A or to such other specifications as are from time to time agreed upon by the Parties.
MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP Unless otherwise specified, all materials and equipment incorporated in the work under the Contract shall be new. All workmanship shall be first class and by persons qualified in the respective trades.
Software Components At any time during the contract period of performance, the Government may require the Contractor to remedy any failure of the software to comply with the requirements of this contract. Support shall consist of correction of errors, provision of modifications, improvements, and other products the original manufacturer makes available to the Government without charge. The Government shall also be provided full documentation of changes and/or modifications to the software provided to meet the Government's requirements.
