(a) The Vessel shall be delivered and taken over safely afloat at a safe and always accessible berth at Buyers’ nominated shipyard in Zhoushan, China not earlier than 15th July 2018 and not later than 15th August 2018 in Sellers’ option or anchorage at/in (state place/range) in the Sellers’ option. Notice of Readiness shall not be tendered before: ________ (date). Cancelling Date (see Clauses 5(c), 6 (a)(i), 6 (a) (iii) and 14): 15th August 2018 in Buyers’ option If however berth is not available at the time of delivery then the vessel shall be delivered at a safe and accessible anchorage of the shipyard.

Notice of Readiness shall not be tendered before: 1st of June 2018 (date) Cancelling Date (see Clauses 5(c), 6 (a)(i), 6 (a) (iii) and 14): 31st July 2018.

(a) The Vessel shall be delivered and taken over safely afloat at a safe and accessible berth or anchorage at/in safe port worldwide, always within International Navigating Limits, except the following areas to be specifically excluded for the delivery of the Vessel: Ice free ports and ports excluding war/war like zones and places which are blocked / embargoed by UN and/or EU and/or USA and/or any other international organization, all war risk countries or ports as defined by the Vessel's war risk underwriters and excluding West Coast Americas (state place/range) in the Sellers' option. The vessel shall be delivered to Buyers as soon as practicable following expiry or termination of the Time Charter, in any event, shall be delivered no later than the 15th June 2017. The Vessel shall not perform any further laden voyages following expiry or termination of her current Time Charter. Notice of Readiness shall not be tendered before: 01 March 2017 (date)
Time and place of delivery and notices. (a) The Vessel shall be delivered and taken over safely afloat at a safe and accessible berth or anchorage worldwide suitable for name change and handover procedures in the Sellers’ option. Notice of Readiness shall be tendered by the Sellers as promptly as practicable following the completion of the voyage on which the Vessel has embarked as of the date of the VAA. Notice of Readiness shall not be tendered before the Buyer has had a reasonable time and opportunity to arrange for the registration of the Vessel in Buyer’s Nominated Flag State.
