Local Agents definition

Local Agents those independently owned local moving and storage companies that have entered into certain contractual arrangements with the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries to provide customers with local sales, packing or warehousing services and/or a portion of the hauling services required to support the operations of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries, or any combination of such services.

Xxxxx will not provide any medical care or advice and will bring the patient to the waiting room so that the patient could be seen by another physician within the Clinic.

  • Where the fees and expenses of the Local Agents are based on percentage of the Fund’s NAV (and are borne by the relevant Fund), the Local Agent’s details shall be disclosed in the Prospectus, relevant Supplement and/or the relevant Country Supplement.

  • DIP Agents means the DIP ABL Agent and the DIP Term Loan Agent.

  • Managing Agents as defined in the preamble hereto.

  • Collateral Agents means the Credit Agreement Collateral Agent, the Initial Additional First Lien Collateral Agent and each Additional Collateral Agent.

  • Syndication Agents as defined in the preamble hereto.

  • Co-Syndication Agents as defined in the preamble hereto.

  • Co-Agents has the meaning provided in the preamble of this Agreement.

  • Co-Documentation Agents as defined in the preamble hereto.

  • Documentation Agents as defined in the preamble hereto.

  • Administrative Agents means the Administrative Agent, the Canadian Administrative Agent and the Australian Administrative Agent.

  • Contractor Agents means Contractor's representatives, employees, officers, Subcontractors, as well as their employees, contractors, officers, and agents.

  • Senior Managing Agents means the banks listed on Schedule 1 hereto, in their capacity as senior managing agents of the credit facility hereunder.

  • Prepetition Agent means the Postpetition Lender as Administrative Agent under the Prepetition Credit Agreement.

  • Supplemental Administrative Agents shall have the corresponding meaning.

  • Collateral Agent as defined in the preamble hereto.

  • Local Parties shall be defined as the Board or the local OSSTF/FEESO bargaining unit party to a collective agreement.

  • Agent Bank means, in relation to a Series of Securities, the entity (if any) appointed as such under the Agency Agreement and as specified in the Issue Terms.

  • Joint Lead Arrangers means JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., BofA Securities, Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., Xxxxx Fargo Securities, LLC, The Bank of Nova Scotia, Citibank, N.A. and U.S. Bank National Association, each in its capacity as a joint lead arranger.

  • Administrative Agent’s Letter shall have the meaning specified in Section 10.9 [Administrative Agent’s Fee].

  • Lead Arrangers means X.X. Xxxxxx Securities LLC, Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Bank USA, Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., Barclays Bank PLC, Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx Senior Funding, Inc. and Credit Suisse Loan Funding LLC.
