TIME IS OF IMPORTANCE. The Parties agree that the performance of the SaaS Application, Support and Services under this Agreement must be completed and implemented according to the schedules set forth in the Statement of Work, Task Order or Purchase Order. Any delays in performance within the control of Contractor, its consultants, subcontractors, employees or agents shall not be cause for extending the date for completion of the SaaS Application, Support and Services.
