Time Limit Exception. When a grievance is submitted or the time limits occur on or after June 1, time limits shall consist of weekdays, exclusive of Saturdays and Sundays so that the matter may be resolved as soon as possible thereafter. Any deviation from the time limits on or after June 1 must be by mutual consent of the grievant and the District.
