Time Limits and Substantiation. Employees must submit a claim within thirty (30) days of occurrence. Any claim for repair or replacement shall be substantiated with evidence clearly indicting that the damaged was caused by circumstances beyond the control of the employee. Receipts for payment of loss will be required. 5009 Retirement‌ All employees who work half -time or more become members of the Public Employees Retirement System. The employee and the District contribute to the retirement system to pay the employee's retirement benefits. Employees also belong to Federal Social Security when they become members of the Public Employees Retirement System. An additional deduction is made from the employee's earnings and the District also contributes. 5010 Address and Change of Address‌ Employees must keep on file in the Human Resources Office their residence address and permanent address, if different, and telephone number, if any. All employees shall immediately notify the Human Resources Office of any change of address.
