Time Limits Grievance Steps. A grievance must be submitted to the grievance procedure within ten (10) calendar days after an employee knows or should have known the facts giving rise to the grievance, otherwise it will be considered not to have existed. In no case will a grievance be considered which is submitted later than thirty (30) calendar days following the date of the facts. The following are the implementation steps and procedures for handling grievances:
