TIME OFF FOR UNION BUSINESS - UNION REPRESENTATION. 15.01 The Employer agrees that employees chosen to attend to Union business in connection with conventions, conferences, seminars or Union negotiations shall be given time off up to seven (7) days according to the following formula:
