Time off Requests: Future Schedules. Requests outside of the current posted, open or published schedule must be submitted via the electronic scheduling system at least one (1) week, but not more than six (6) months, prior to the schedule(s) being “posted”. During this time period, management will grant no less than one (1) employee off per shift per day per department in alignment with Article 10.3.e.
