UNIFORMS AND LAUNDRY. 20.1 Employees required by the Employer to wear uniforms will be supplied with an adequate number of uniforms appropriate to the occupation free of cost to Employees. Such items are to remain the property of the Employer and be laundered and maintained by such employer free of cost to the Employee.
20.2 Instead of the provision of such uniforms, the Employer may, by agreement with the Employee, pay such Employee a uniform allowance at the rate prescribed in Appendix A. Where such Employee’s uniforms are not laundered by or at the expense of the Employer, the Employee will be paid a laundry allowance as prescribed in Appendix A.
20.3 The uniform allowance, but not the laundry allowance, shall be paid during all absences on paid leave, except absence on long service leave and absence on sick leave taken (either in individual periods or consecutively) beyond a total of 21 days in any twelve month period. Where, prior to the taking of leave, an Employee was paid a uniform allowance other than at the weekly rate, the rate to be paid during absence on leave will be the average of the allowance paid during the four weeks immediately preceding the taking of leave.
20.4 Where an Employer provides an Employee with uniforms, all articles so provided remain the property of the Employer.
UNIFORMS AND LAUNDRY. The hospital will furnish and launder apparel worn by employees working in Surgical Services and Women’s Center. Other department uniforms will be administered per departmental policy and practice. Nutritional Services employees shall be furnished necessary aprons and shirts while working. The hospital agrees to maintain an adequate supply of common sized uniforms in good condition.
UNIFORMS AND LAUNDRY. 1. When employees are required to wear uniforms or special type work clothes while in the employment of the Hospital, the cost of laundering and furnishing same shall be borne by the Hospital, provided that the Hospital shall not be required to furnish or launder apparel traditionally worn by such employees in hospitals generally.
2. The Hospital will launder employee’s own apparel if the apparel is soiled by blood or other potentially infectious materials (“OPIM”). The Hospital and the employees shall follow applicable infection control policies to ensure the safety of employees.
3. Employees who are required to change in and out of uniforms or special type of work clothes that are not traditionally worn by employees of hospitals, generally, shall use paid time.
4. Dietary employees shall be furnished necessary aprons and smocks while working.
UNIFORMS AND LAUNDRY. Coveralls or uniforms bearing the Employ er’s advertisement will be furnished by the Employer, if the employees are required to wear such uniforms with such insignia. Laun dry is to be paid by the employee, of One Dol lar ($1.00) each week, but not in excess thereof.
UNIFORMS AND LAUNDRY. The Employer agrees to furnish and have laun dered all coats, aprons, or other wearing apparel required by the Employer to be worn in the store. The Union agrees that its members shall look pre sentable to the public and, to the best of their ability, work for the interest of the Employer by attempting to increase sales at all times. sec t io n xn
UNIFORMS AND LAUNDRY. Programs that require their Residents wear a physician lab 36 coat will provide these at the beginning of residency. Replacement of coats may be the 37 responsibility of the Resident. Availability of scrubs and laundry services for uniforms 38 will be provided in accordance with the policies and practices of the Resident’s program 39 and existing hospital assignment.
UNIFORMS AND LAUNDRY. The provisions of Article 23 are not applicable to a Casual Employee.
23.01 Uniforms shall be supplied by the Employer as required.
(a) Employees required to work in the open in inclement weather shall be supplied with reasonable protective clothing.
UNIFORMS AND LAUNDRY. 1. The Medical Center shall provide free long laboratory coats and scrubs to House Staff Officers and laundering free of charge.
2. The Medical Center shall provide all House Staff Officers access to clean long lab coats and scrubs twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week.
UNIFORMS AND LAUNDRY. 16.1 Subject to clause 16.3, Employees required by Xxxxxxxx to wear uniforms will be supplied with an adequate number of uniforms appropriate to the occupation free of cost to the Employees. Such uniform items remain the property of Xxxxxxxx.
16.2 Uniforms will be laundered and maintained by Xxxxxxxx free of cost to the Employee or alternatively, Xxxxxxxx will pay the Employee a laundry allowance set out in clause 16.4.
16.3 Instead of the provision of such uniforms in accordance with clause 16.1, Xxxxxxxx may pay such Employee a uniform allowance at the rate prescribed in Appendix A, per day or part thereof on duty, or per week, whichever is the lesser amount.
16.4 Where an Employee’s uniform is not laundered by or at the expense of Xxxxxxxx, the Employee will be paid a laundry allowance as prescribed in Appendix A, per day or part thereof on duty, or per week, whichever is the lesser amount

UNIFORMS AND LAUNDRY. 49.1 ANAHEIM shall provide new employees two (2) new NOMEX II uniform sets, one (1) regulation uniform jacket with cloth badge and one (1) regulation uniform belt, leather boots, and other required articles.
49.2 ANAHEIM shall provide annually (each January), to every employee working in a classification listed in Appendix "A", two (2) items from the list below, or two (2) of the same items below (excluding leather turnout boots), at the employees option:
(1) One (1) Nomex II Uniform set
(2) One (1) Dual Compliant Wildland Pant
(3) One (1) Class B Uniform set
(4) One (1) Pair of Wildland Boots
(5) One (1) Uniform Jacket (511 or Workrite)
(6) One (1) Pair of Leather Structure Boots
49.2.1 All items shall be according to Anaheim Fire & Rescue Specifications.
49.3 Effective January, 2007, ANAHEIM agrees to pay every employee, working in a classification listed in Appendix "A," five hundred dollars ($500) per year as compensation for the purchase, maintenance, and laundry of approved work shifts, pants, tee-shirts, sport shoes, sheets, and pillow cases.
49.4 As soon as practical after execution of this Agreement, ANAHEIM shall provide one (1) class "B" uniform to every employee working in a classification listed in Appendix "A". On or about July 1, 2006, ANAHEIM shall provide two (2) new NOMEX II uniform sets with uniform patch and embroidered name tag to every employee working in a classification listed in Appendix "A", and, if needed, one
(1) regulation uniform jacket with cloth badge, uniform patch, and embroidered name tag.
