WAGE RATES AND COMPENSATION. Willamette Valley Wage Scale. The Union and the Hospital agree to establish a common Willamette Valley wage scale with GSRMC for all service bargaining unit positions that exist at both SAGH and GSRMC. The Willamette Valley wage scale shall be established as follows:
