TIME OFF TO ATTEND GRIEVANCE MEETINGS. A Chief Xxxxxxx or Xxxxxxx, who obtains permission in advance from his supervisor, shall be allowed such time off as required to attend grievance meetings as provided in Article 10 (Grievance Procedure) and such time will not be unreasonably denied.
