Common use of Time Period of the ESWA Clause in Contracts

Time Period of the ESWA. FTA reserves the right to determine the period of time in which the ESWA will remain in effect, even if that period extends beyond the time of the authorization of federal funding that will support the Project costs covered by the ESWA.
