Time Schedules. Except for those incapacitated by a work related illness or injury, employees who are absent due to illness or incapacity for a period of one hundred and eighty-two (182) days and, who do not qualify for the Long Term Disability payment in the Company Plan, shall be deemed to have voluntarily quit their employment with the Company.
