Time Trades. i. Employees may agree to time trades with other employees who are qualified to perform the duties in the course of the trade. Such agreement shall be in writing and signed by both employees. The Institution shall provide the forms necessary to implement this Subsection. Employees shall submit trade requests seven (7) days in advance of the trade date. ii. If a trade is denied, a brief explanation shall be provided on the form which will then be returned to the employees. iii. All time trades shall be completed within a thirty (30) day time period. iv. Time trades shall not cause financial liability for the Institution. Both employees are responsible to ensure the time trade takes place as approved. v. The employee who sought the time trade shall be responsible for time not traded.
